CCC's Automotive Technology program gives you the hands-on training, industry-recognized certifications, and real-world experience to start a career in one of the most in-demand skilled trades in Northern Arizona. Classes are held at our new Kaibab Campus in Flagstaff, purpose-built for automotive training with professional-grade equipment and instruction from an ASE Master Certified technician.

Program Options

CCC has two paths into the automotive field. Both are built around hands-on, real-world training at CCC’s Kaibab Campus.

Automotive Technology Certificate Workforce Certificate | 30 credits | 1 year full time | 2 years part time

Build a strong technical foundation in vehicle service, repair, and maintenance. Prepares you for entry-level automotive technician roles and industry certifications including ASE G1 and EPA 609. No prerequisites required.

 

Collision Repair Technician Certificate of Completion | 15 credits

Learn the skills to repair and restore vehicles after a collision. Coursework covers metal and plastic repair, MIG welding, vehicle disassembly, refinishing, reassembly, estimate reading, and air conditioning discharge and recharge. Prepares you for industry certifications including I-CAR, NATEF, and ASE.

What Will I Learn?

CCCC’s automotive programs are built around the skills employers actually hire for, from foundational vehicle service to advanced collision repair. Whether you are learning to keep vehicles running or restoring them after a collision, you will train in a professional facility with real equipment under the guidance of industry-certified instructors.

CCC’s automotive program is built around real employer relationships. Our partnerships with Flagstaff Chevrolet, Flagstaff Honda, NAPA, and the RV Technical Institute (RVTI) connect students with internship opportunities, job placement support, and resume workshops.

Funding Opportunities

CCC is working with Coconino County and ED Connect to connect students with potential funding opportunities for automotive training. If you apply before registration opens, you may be eligible for additional financial support.
