Getting support for Your event

When you submit an event request, you can indicate what support you need from CCC departments. Campus partners will review your request and follow up to confirm availability and details.

Support services available through the event request process include:

  • IT Support – Technology setup, microphones, sound systems, and audiovisual equipment
  • Facilities – Room setup, tables, chairs, staging, and breakdown
  • Security – Access coordination, parking management, and extended hours coverage
  • Marketing and Communications – Promotion and communications support, subject to approval and availability

Plan Ahead

Space is scheduled on a first come, first served basis, so the earlier you submit your request the better.

• Submit your event request as soon as your date is confirmed, and no less than 10 business days before your event. Events requiring special setup, outside guests, or support from multiple departments may need more lead time.

Two weeks before your event, you will receive a verification email and invoice. Review both carefully and notify us of any changes to your setup, date, or timing.

Two weeks before your event, contact us to schedule a final walk-through and technology test.

• Payment is due five business days before your event.

One week before your event, parking permits will be arranged if needed. Events open to the public or with more than 50 attendees do not require parking permits.

Note: Events scheduled during the first or last week of the fall or spring semester may be subject to additional restrictions.
