The Business & Budget Office manages CCC’s financial systems, including accounting, payroll, and student accounts. We ensure financial transparency, accuracy, and support for students and employees. From processing tuition payments to managing the college’s annual budget, this team keeps CCC’s financial foundation strong.

Purchasing & Auxiliary Services

Purchasing & Auxiliary Services coordinates the buying of equipment, materials, and services across the college. This team also manages shipping and receiving, printing and copying services, travel coordination, and partnerships like food service and the CCC Bookstore. Their work ensures CCC has the tools and resources needed to serve students effectively.

Facilities & Security

Facilities & Security maintains safe, welcoming, and sustainable campus environments. This includes building maintenance, custodial services, landscaping, and campus safety. The team also leads CCC’s sustainability efforts, helping create greener, more energy‑efficient spaces for students and the community.
