General Parking Information
Coconino Community College provides parking for students, employees, and visitors across its campuses. Parking policies are designed to ensure safe, organized, and fair use of available spaces.
Required Parking Permits
Parking permits are required at CCC’s Flagstaff campuses:
- All vehicles at the Lone Tree and Fourth Street campuses must display a valid CCC parking permit
- Permits must be properly placed on the vehicle to be considered valid
- Parking regulations are enforced to support safe and orderly campus operations

Permit Guidelines
- Permits are issued for a single academic year
- Permits are not transferable between vehicles
- Replacement permits are available if needed
- Permit pricing may vary depending on the time of purchase
- Each vehicle must be registered and display a valid permit while on campus
Enforcement & Compliance
Parking regulations are enforced to support campus safety and accessibility:
- Parking rules and permit requirements are enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Vehicles without a valid permit may be subject to citation
- Individuals are responsible for understanding and following all parking procedures
