How CCC's Message is shaped
Mar Comm at CCC works with college leadership to create messaging that reflects CCC’s Vision, Mission, Diversity Statement, and Guiding Principles. Our team manages all media releases, newsletters, printed materials, and promotional content across the county. Public Relations also manages all website content to ensure CCC speaks with one clear, consistent voice.

General Graphic and Copy Guidelines
- Register for classes: After meeting with an Advisor, register for classes through your myCCC account.
- Apply for Financial Aid and Scholarships: Complete financial aid before the payment deadline. CCC’s Title IV school code is 031004. CCC2NAU-specific scholarships open in late February each year
- Pay for classes: Pay for classes through your myCCC account.
- Set up your NAU account: Contact NAU Student Technology Services to activate your NAU login
- Complete placement: Take the required self-assessment to determine your starting Math and English courses
- Get your ID cards: Visit the CCC Security Desk for your free CCC student ID, and email your CCC2NAU advisor for a free JacksCard voucher once your NAU immunization hold is cleared
- Send your official final high school transcript to CCC.
- If you earned a GED, send your test scores to CCC.
- Send official AP test scores to both CCC and NAU if applicable.
- Send official transcripts from any colleges previously attended to:
