The Business & Budget Office manages CCC’s accounting, payroll, student accounts, and financial systems. From processing tuition payments to overseeing the college budget, the team supports students and employees while ensuring financial accuracy and transparency.

Purchasing & Auxiliary Services

Purchasing & Auxiliary Services manages college purchasing, shipping and receiving, printing and copying, travel coordination, and partnerships such as food service and the CCC Bookstore, ensuring CCC has the resources to support students and employees.

Facilities & Security

Facilities & Security maintains safe, welcoming, and sustainable campus environments. This includes building maintenance, custodial services, landscaping, and campus safety. The team also leads CCC’s sustainability efforts, helping create greener, more energy‑efficient spaces for students and the community.
