• What are the bookstore hours?

  Regular hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The bookstore is closed Friday through Sunday. Hours change at the start and end of each semester, so check the bookstore website for current hours before you visit.

• Can I order online?

  Yes. You can order textbooks, supplies, and merchandise through the CCC Bookstore website at bkstr.com/coconinoccstore and choose in-store pickup or shipping.

• Can I rent textbooks instead of buying them?

  Yes. Textbook rentals are available and are typically less expensive than purchasing. Rental options are listed when you search for your course materials online.

• What if I find my textbook cheaper somewhere else?

  The bookstore offers a price match guarantee. If you find a lower price, ask staff about matching it.

• Can I use financial aid at the bookstore?

  Yes. If your financial aid award exceeds the cost of tuition and fees, you may be eligible for a bookstore voucher. Eligible students receive an email notification before the semester begins. Contact Financial Aid at 928-226-4219 with questions.

• What is the return policy?

  Return policies vary depending on whether you purchased or rented, and when you return. Check the bookstore website or contact staff directly for current return deadlines and conditions.
