What is Concurrent Enrollment?
Concurrent Enrollment allows high school students to take CCC courses on campus or online outside the regular high school day, including after school, in the evenings, or during the summer. Students earn college credit while still in high school.
Why should I take a college class while I'm still in high school?
Concurrent Enrollment gives you the opportunity to earn college credit early, explore subjects that interest you, and experience college-level coursework before graduation. It can also help you become more familiar with college expectations and build confidence for the future.
Will the credits I earn count toward a college degree?
Yes. Credits earned through Concurrent Enrollment are recorded on your official CCC transcript. Many courses transfer to Arizona’s public universities and other colleges, though transfer policies vary by institution.
How do I get started?
Connect with a CCC Early College advisor to discuss your goals, explore course options, and complete the admissions and registration process. They’ll help you choose classes that fit your interests, schedule, and academic plans.
