Path2Purpose is more than a program; it’s a partnership. You’ll receive dedicated support from a Success Coach based at a Flagstaff Unified School District high school. Coaches will listen, encourage, and help you grow both academically and personally.

Path2Purpose is designed for high school students at Coconino High School, Flagstaff High School, and Summit High School who want additional support as they navigate high school and plan for what comes next, whether that is college, a career, or both.
Applications open each fall. If the application is currently closed, fill out the interest form on this page and you will be notified when enrollment reopens. You can also talk with your high school counselor or reach out directly to the Success Coach at your school to learn more.
Your Success Coach meets with you regularly for one-on-one check-ins, helps you set short- and long-term goals, and guides you through topics like academic planning, career exploration, college applications, and life skills. They are based at your high school, so they are easy to connect with.
