Contact Disability Resources if:

• Your approved accommodations are not being provided in accordance with your Letter of Accommodation
• You experience barriers to accessing a class, program, or service
• You have concerns about disability-related treatment or access
• You are unsure how to address a situation

In many cases, concerns can be resolved quickly by working directly with DR. Reach out to Jarrett Stoll or Charmayne Tsosie by phone, email, or contact form. DR will work with you — and when appropriate, with your instructor or department, to resolve the issue.

Instructors play an important role in supporting student access. Instructors are expected to:

• Implement approved accommodations as outlined in the Letter of Accommodation
• Maintain student confidentiality
• Communicate with students and DR as needed
• Refer students to Disability Resources when appropriate

After a complaint is submitted:

• The College will review the information
• You may be contacted for additional details
• The College will work to resolve the issue in a timely manner
• You will be informed of the outcome
