CCC’s partnership with The CE Shop provides access to two types of real estate education:
Arizona Real Estate Pre-Licensing: The 96-hour pre-licensing course covers all of the content required by the Arizona Department of Real Estate to sit for your salesperson licensing exam. Courses are entirely online and self-paced, meaning you can complete them on your schedule, whether that takes three weeks or longer.
Continuing Education: Licensed real estate professionals in Arizona are required to complete continuing education hours to maintain their license. The CE Shop offers continuing education courses through CCC’s referral partnership for agents who need to fulfill their renewal requirements.
Completing your pre-licensing education and passing the Arizona real estate exam qualifies you to work as a licensed real estate salesperson in Arizona, under a licensed broker. After completing the 96 hours of pre-licensing education you will be eligible to sit for the Arizona real estate salesperson licensing exam administered by the Arizona Department of Real Estate. Passing the exam and completing the application process through ADRE will result in your Arizona real estate license.
